A positive preliminary building decision (Bauvorbescheid) has been issued for our boarding house project at Martin-Luther-Straße 1 in Munich’s Alt-Giesing district, right on Giesinger Berg. The building permit procedure is under way.
The plans provide for a new building with 49 compact, fully furnished serviced apartments and 86 beds – each apartment with its own bathroom, kitchenette and workspace. Reception and lobby are located on the ground floor, complemented by an underground car park and balconies or terraces for most of the units. The design is by demmel und hadler.
The building will be constructed turnkey and let on a long-term lease to an experienced operator. Interested operators can request the exposé at oresto.de.
