Since 1 July 2026, Bellatrix has been working with city-parking. The underground car park with around 90 parking spaces close to Stachus belongs to Bellatrix, an independent company in which the Fritsch & Co. Group holds a stake.
city-parking is taking over the operation, customer service and monitoring of the car park. The company operates more than 30 car parks and parking lots across Germany, including several locations in Munich. Long-term parkers, tenants and visitors thus benefit from professional parking management in one of the city’s most central locations.
