In the office building at Karl-Schmid-Straße 14 in Munich-Trudering-Riem, ISKA Infrastruktur GmbH from Holzkirchen has leased the 1st floor of the rear building with around 290 m² of office space. The company also uses outdoor and underground parking spaces.
The space was handed over at the end of February 2025; ISKA has been working at its new location in eastern Munich since March 2025.
