We have secured Bayerische Landessiedlung GmbH (BLS) as a tenant in the Karlsplatz 3 commercial building on Munich’s Stachus. BLS has signed a long-term lease for the 1st floor of the front building with around 340 m² of office space as well as an archive area in the basement.
Before move-in, the floor was fitted out according to the layout agreed with the tenant. Since November 2024, BLS has been using the premises in a central city-centre location – right on Stachus, with S-Bahn, U-Bahn and tram on the doorstep.
