With the law firm Rechtsanwälte Bub, Memminger & Partner, we have secured another tenant for the Karlsplatz 3 commercial building. The firm has leased the 1st floor of the rear building with around 290 m² of office space.
Before move-in, the space was fitted out according to the layout agreed with the tenant. Since April 2025, the firm has been working right on Stachus – just a few minutes’ walk from its previous location at Promenadeplatz.
